Description
The Edelweiss is the best-known and most sought-after flower in the Alps. It was commercialised at the end of the 19th century and from then on was used to decorate clothing and jewellery, and to this day there are all kinds of goods in Munich that feature an edelweiss. The most Bavarian of all flowers is regarded as a symbol of the city.
The Edelweiss bracelet is made in southern Germany. The Munich symbol is plated in fine gold and the fabric ribbon is hand-knotted.
